How to Become a Vendor

Ignite Appalachia Makers Market is an upscale outdoor market featuring original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, architectural salvage, outdoor furnishings, artisan foods seasonal plantings, and much more.

Ashland Community & Technical College: College Drive Campus

1400 College Drive, Ashland, KY 41101

The Market is a juried event accepting vendors base on variety, originality, and quality of goods sold. Vendor selection is designed to provide customers with high quality vendors as well as a give the shoppers a unique experience. No direct sales

Accepted Vendor Categories

We are currently accepting applications from vendors specializing in:​

  • Vintage

  • Handmade

  • Jewelry

  • Antiques

  • Artists

  • Repurposed/ Recycled

  • Boutique clothing

  • Artisan Food

  • Food trucks (limited to 4 spaces)

Vendor Fees: Standard vendors: $25 | Food trucks: $50

Application Requirements

Vendor applications will not be considered if photos or links to online photos are not included with the application at the time of submission. It is strongly recommended that photos showcase the vendor's ability to merchandise their goods.

Deadline & Selection Process

  • Applications will remain open, and vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis until each market reaches capacity.

  • Vendors will be notified via email if they are accepted. Accepted vendors must submit their signed contract within 72 hours or their spot may be released.

  • Once a vendor category is filled, it will be closed to new applicants.

Fees

  • There is no application fee and, if accepted, booth space is limited.

  • If accepted, vendors must submit a $25 vendor fee to secure their space.

  • Food trucks: A $50 vendor fee is required.

    • This fee helps ensure that vendors are committed and ready to bring their best to the event.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I am completing a VENDOR APPLICATION and submitting it with the intent to be a VENDOR at Ignite Appalachia Makers Market, should I be accepted. Once accepted, it is my responsibility to give no less than ONE month of notice if I cannot attend the market for which I applied or I will not be allowed to participate in any future markets. I acknowledge that, if accepted, I will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable set-up fee to confirm my booth. My space is not guaranteed until this fee is paid. I acknowledge that my market space Fee is non-refundable. I acknowledge that all Ignite Appalachia Makers Market events are held outside are rain or shine events, unless disaster hits or pandemic forced cancellation, as deemed by Scioto County Health Department, will also continue as planned. I understand that if I do not return my Ignite Appalachia Makers Market Contract by the date of the market, I will not be allowed on the premises of the event or to set up, due to reasons of liability. Finally, I consent to being contacted via email or phone by ECDI and the ECDI Women's Business Center, regarding the Ignite Appalachia Makers Market and other small business programming and resources.
